All orders will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of payment. If we are unable to fill any part of your order, the item will be deleted from your order. We do not back-order. If an item is out of stock and you would like us to advise you when it is back in stock please contact us to arrange this option. Orders are generally sent within 3 business days of receiving order. We will not be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen as all orders are sent via Express Post.
Processing and dispatch times are not a guarantee, but are a good indicator of when you can expect your order to be processed, and then ultimately, dispatched from our warehouse. During busier seasons (i.e. Christmas) dispatch of orders is more likely to be the next day.

Prices quoted are for Fastway, Courier Please, Registered Post and Australia Post - Express Post Satchels up to 3kg in weight. If an order weighs more than 3kg (determined after processing) you will be contacted via email or phone with a quote for extra postage costs.

All products are checked individually before being sent. Occasionally slight discrepancies could occur being the image displayed of the product, in these cases, the discrepancies are beyond the control of Savage Lingerie.
All scanned images are accurate as possible. Due to image capture, loading onto the website and the computer’s monitor, the colour of products may not reflect the exact colour of the image in limited cases.
What if it you change your mind, it doesn't fit or the product is faulty? Don't worry! We have a no hassle money back guarantee when it comes to customer satisfaction on products purchased from Savage Lingerie.
Please note however, that undergarments such as g-strings (ladies and mens) cannot be returned due to hygenic reasons.
We only accept returns that:
The product or products have not been worn (except for sizing purposes)
The Lingerie or costume has not been damaged soiled or washed
The Lingerie or costume has not been altered or changed
The Lingerie or costume is returned with the original reciept that has been supplied to you
The Lingerie or costume is in the original packaging provided, any damaged to the package will not be accepted eg torn or ripped
All the accessories provided with lingerie or costumes returned in original condition with packaging
If you are not happy with your purchase - at any time, just return it for an exchange or full refund Savage Lingerie will gladly exchange or refund your purchase.*

To return items to savagelingerie.com, simply complete the relevant sections of the returns/exchange form and post it to us, along with the item(s) you are returning, and your original receipt. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange for another size, colour or item.

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the items returned are damaged, in which case we will refund up to $9.50 in delivery fees to post the damaged items back to us.
